    The good thingsI used to enjoy the great company of fellow team members who work closely like a family and where staff hard work was been appreciated back then
    The challengesOver the past few years, management structure and direction has shifted and staff welfare and career progression was not one of the priorities anymore and work allocation & company's direction has become very ambiguous
