    The good thingstransport at various mrt station.
    The challengesHR unprofessional, lack initiative, everything need to push them like, appointment letter, exit clearance and pay slip. No proper training, ask newcomer to train newcomer. Training not standardize, no SOP. No safety, dress and sandals allow to wear in the lab.

    Outdated Management and System
    The good thingswork life balance, can go home on time.
    The challengesCollegues and management resistant to changes and can't adapt to better working strategies. Outdated system and always lack behind in certain areas. High ranking people or management also lack confident in making decisions and push it to subordinates to make decision for them to avoid holding responsibility.

    Good environment but..
    The good thingsColleagues are fine, get along very easily. No politics too. The environment is clean and facility is efficient.
    The challengesAlot of work but it will become manageable with a bit of help. There is only one food place here that you will have to walk out of the building. So bringing your own food is easier.

    Fruitful learning experience
    The good thingsColleagues and mentors are extremely helpful and are not shy about teaching the newbies. The company is well-oriented and organized. Learning experience and opportunities as their intern were really meaningful and have exposed me to learning a lot more about different markets and the types of application fragrances can be used in.
    The challengesJob load at the beginning of the journey was quite heavy. However, it became more manageable as I get used to it, and also my mentors would help out if they have the extra time from their hectic schedules and workload. Despite the heavy workload, it also means more room for new experiences and more learning opportunities.
