    The good thingsComfortable to retire here as things are pretty routine. Though monthly salary may not be as competitive, there are ample OT opportunities to cover.

    The good thingsAs like a big family , we got a big team and happy cooperation with team. Our boss- Ian is a caring and willing to accept the opinion and suggestions of subordinates. We all enjoy working condition like family and friends.

    The good thingsThe culture and engagement level is good. Company compensation and benefits are competitive, and opportunities to develop is available constantly. The exposure and experience gained is valuable, and the team is wonderful to work with.
    The challengesWith the opportunities an exposure available, it inevitably means that you will be stretched beyond what you think you are comfortable with and could experience some high level of stress during busy period. However, it will be worth it with the knowledge and experience gained.

    The good thingsThe company's culture built through the years through the effort of the management in creating a conducive environment for every employee. The benefits they offered and carrer growth oppurtunities are closely studied in giving chance for us to equally improved and step to higher position accordingly. I have a wonderful experienced while I am still working at Takeda, It brings out the best in me.
    The challengesThe product itself are expensive not all below middle class Filipinos could benefited on their products. But, Takeda offers quality healthcare brands that made them one of the leading pharmaceutical company in the world.
