    Great working and learning experience!
The good thingsIf you get to work in Dave's team, you will have a great learning experience. Dave incorporates different learning techniques based on each individual's learning style. You will also have a mentor that will guide you through. I had Aziel as my mentor and he has been really a great help to me. He was always there to give constructive advice and feedback. All in all, Talentvis is a great place to work at whereby everyone has each other backs and are always there to help when in need :)
The challengesI would say that the most challenging part would be managing the candidates.

    Fulfilling experience!
The good thingsOne of the best place to pick up interpersonal skills. Entered the company with absolutely zero knowledge of recruitment but left with invaluable experience. Team mates have been nothing but supportive and encouraging not to mention their excellent guidance along the way. New employees are given time to learn and adapt while absence of micromanagement made work less stressful as well. Definitely a rewarding experience working with the company!
The challengesExpect to meet all sorts of people and be placed in various difficult situations but with experience they can be managed effectively.

Positive working environment, great molding ground for those who wish to pick up people skills!
The good thingsThere is a sense of strong team spirit within the company, mentors and colleagues are more than willing to help and impart their knowledge. Trainings are conducted regularly to improve productivity and staff efficiency. Hard work is recognised and rewarded!
The challengesYou have to be mentally prepared to deal with stressful situations and will have to dedicate a lot of your time to the work.

Recruitment consultant is very professional and makes an effort to ensure that I am fitted into the new organisation.
The good thingsManager, supervisor and co-workers are very friendly and helpful. I don't feel left out at all. A good environment to work in.
The challengesFast pace environment. However, it is just a matter of picking up the ropes and getting used to it.

Good place to learn to be a RC
The good things1. Strong leaders who can impart knowledge and skills 2. Friendly co-workers who eventually become fantastic lunch buddies and friends 3. Space given for new beginners 4. New office in Somerset is big and nice 5. Commision scheme is good if you do well
The challenges1. Internal stakeholder management - differences between those on the ground and management happen frequently. Need to learn to manage superiors' expectations - not an easy task 2. Pantry can be topped up better - big but often empty 3. Lack of morale lifting mechanisms - management should pay more attention

Learn a lot from the Leader
    The good thingsGood supportive mentor
The challengesImprove the environment to catch up with the millennial. Management style is still following standard and protocol, adhere to guidelines. Left the company due to personal reasons, else will continue to look forward to progress with my Team Leader.

    Worst Place Ever
The good thingsGood colleagues can make friends
The challenges1. Management very rigid. Everything also must follow protocol. No sense of compassion or ability to be flexible in certain situations 2. Expected to OT everyday despite hitting sales target (no work life balance) 3. Management only care about profits. Even if you earn big bucks, when you leave they dont care at all. Instead of giving you your deserved commissions, they expect you to pay them back instead if you dont fulfill a certain minimum working period. 4. Hard to bring onboard new clients as management does not give any regard about it (only want high rates) 5. Low basic. Hard to earn commissions due to lack of roles/clients 6. 0 incentive or benefits (other than monthly/quarterly commissions) and they basic required benefits stipulated by MOM guidelines

Good place to work if you're a recruiter but bad place to work if you're in any other occupations in that office.
The good thingsFreedom to perform my own activities and initiate my own tasks. Can be quite peaceful at times. Some resemblance of employee engagement programmes such as celebrating the birth months of the employees.
The challengesLess emphasis on non-sales and non-recruiter staff. No incentives for technical or administrative staff to perform their work effectively. Lack of support from other departments. Too many backlogs and other administrative issues as well that have not been fixed. There is much to be desired with the utilisation of the office space.

Always surprise in my payslip. Unexpected bonus and incentive on and off.
The good thingsBeen appreciated by boss and rewards paid for the effort. Fair enough.
The challengesSelf-challenge to breakthrough own limit. Sales world is always full of challenges so self-manage is very important. Needs to maintain in the healthy level.
