Average kind of manpower agencyThe good thingsThe HR team is generally attentive and quite courteous.
The challenges(1). They need to improve their payroll system. They are too dependent on manual submissions of timesheets that require signatures and sent via email. Unlike in some agencies where there are features that prevent salary delays.
(2). There are no established protocols for allowing long-time contractors to move forward to other career opportunities with their other corporate clients.
(3) They are totally dependent on what the client wants for their contractors.
(4) Insurance benefits are far from impressive. They didn't give details sbout hospitalization benefits until I asked.
