    The good thingsSystematical organization with each project with each PM and QS. Family type social make comfortable for the working environment. Give the employees the standard role and make the working environment clean and tidy. Do regular safety meeting and company meeting for the improvement of work. Make to contact with the sense of sharing is caring.
    The challengesMake to take own responsibility of project awarded and direct contact with respective client. Go for site meeting and construction site for the improvement of site condition. Arrange the improvement course for the improvement of staff.
