Being as a good leader in a restaurant i manage my store effective and have a good and quality services. i have conducting a daily prayer before the store open. i also conducting a daily briefing to all the staffs for their duty and obligation as well.The good thingsmy previous employer is Bonchon Chicken restaturant, ive learned a lot from them. the training, giving enough knowledge on how to handle problems such as: costumers complain, decision making, to become a good leader and for giving the rights of employees and also for caring all our costumers. i am always active and creative to run the business from day to day operation.
