The good thingsIt's good for people who have no experience and want to break into the IT industry. There is a training program that yu will gain skills such as Java and front-end web developments.
The challengesHowever, you will mainly work for the support role. So you basically have no involvement in the development. And the salary is much lower compared to other IT companies. Therefore, people tend to use this as a jumping stone for a better job in the future.
