Glad to know that why everyone choose asap to leave and becomes happier at new workplace.
The good thingsHave alot of toxic work but at least 1 or 2 colleagues to help you along for long hours.
The challengesInexperience senior manager also can become director. Bosses have low interest in helping staff become better. Only interested in profit margin rather than long term growth of human capital.

no good place for career development
The good thingscolleagues are so friendly and nice. but the work is super boring and sick of doing the same things everyday.
The challengesno so big challenges here. sometimes have system issues so it;s quite annoying .

They always encourage people who have potentials
The good thingsNot a perfect company (bec there is none). But a lot of great memories. Made a lot of friends.
The challengesEverytime a project closes. It gets me anxious. But TDCX always look for opportunities if they can.

The good thingsA few good colleagues and supervisors They know it s a bad working place but stick together and survive together.
The challengesHigh turnover, some colleagues are just bad.
What you read from the rest of the reviews is true. For example, = there are inexperienced people deciding what to do

join if you want career hanging
The good thingsoffice location was ok near to food places, coffee machine was good. My colleagues were nice and could click well.
The challengesCareer progression wise? 1%. They always emphasise “internal growth” but would rather hire someone from outside to be promoted while the new hire has ZERO experience in Operations/workflow etc.

Company has very backdated processes
The good thingsThey incentivizes very well if you can perform, do not shortchange and effort that you put into the role
The challenges- it is nearly impossible to move roles if you do not feel comfortable in a particular role, they prefer to hire new people than to retask or retrain current employees

great place to work and very good support from management
The good thingsgreat colleagues and a lot of support from my supervisors and manager.
when in doubt won't be afraid that im judged, can rest assured to ask questions.
The challengespay scale is rather average. is high for a CSR, but still feels low in terms of being compared to the rest of my peers.

It's as youthful and fun as it you can imagine.
The good thingsIt's fun and friendly. Our Country Director waves at us when she sees us from far. Our Managing Director gives great advice. Our manager will accede to any requests in her power and ability to do so.
The challengesThe quality of the current office furniture and equipment, on top of the limited career advancement mars what is otherwise a great place to work in.

Nice bosses with good perks
The good thingsCompany cares for the employees, have fruits, biscuits & coffee provided daily. During the CB last year, they gave out lunch bento boxes to those who needed to be in the office.

Nice place to work, beautiful office space
The good thingsPeople here are very nice and supportive to each other. It's a fast moving work environment and there's always room for improvement. Bosses are very nice and thoughtful, and some is very supportive for career progression. Facilities in the office is awesome too!
The challengesSometimes can be long working hours, and communications can be slow at times.
