    stressful and terrible management
    The good thingsWorking as a Part time service crew at Tea Tree company allows you to be able to try almost all the drinks in the company while working
    The challengesTerrible management team, Stressful, lack of care for employees, low salary, made Part Timers work alone in stores and gave Part timers a Full timers career prospect.

    The good thingsOne of the things I like about the team is that they are really friendly and kind to help out
    The challengesThe weakness of the company's management team is seen in the assumption from management towards the part timers.The career and growth opportunities here are limited because​​ one will not be able to go through the packed schedule given by the company.However can get a taste of the true world outside. I don't feel confident in the company's performance since​​​​​ the late payment despite much prompting from the part timers.
