    Great start marred by a disappointing finish
    The good thingsI had the opportunity to work with individuals from many different departments. Some were pleasant, some not as pleasant regretfully. My takeaway? Learn whatever you can, be careful of who your friends are.
    The challengesSome higher-ups paint a great picture of the future of the company and in some ways they are right. Resources befitting of a Fortune 500 company in fact. However, appearances can only go so far. People will always remember the way they were treated, forgiveness or not. Ensure clear communication channels are clear both ways, from top to bottom. Do not just rely on your middle management for your intelligence, sometimes you have to do the ground work yourself. Talk more with actions, not words and perhaps, positive results may appear.

    Mixed feelings - Depends on individual actually.
    The good thingsA good stepping stone for you to learn, if you want to venture into the IT industry. Depending on which team you join, the job allows you to be flexible and explore creativity. Most of the colleagues are wonderful people, some bad eggs within the mist, but negligible. There's always trips and fun activities for the employees. Did i mention again on the learning? Yes. You get to LEARN alot in this place.
    The challengesHmm. Pay depends on your experience and the commission you hit. Some rules are pretty rigid - punctuality. Have to learn how to handle politics and work with different department. Different department have different KPIs.

    Fun environment but paying below market rate
    The good thingsThe fun colleagues and it is a nice office environment to work in.
    The challengesYou will feel like a production worker as you have to clock in before 9.10am or you will risk your name being send in a email to inform all the management that you are late. Bonus payout is not fantastic and there is no AWS working here. Travel allowances are below market rate as well.
