The good thingsEstablished System and Processes ensure that TechnipFMC operates in a stable environment. Company is willing to invest in technology and resources to ensure that data is as easily available as possible. The company do not adopt \"Hire and Fire\" mentality. Attract the best and keep as many outstanding employees as possible even during the worst downturn in Oil and Gas history.
The challengesSince it is a very big company, you will need to be very outstanding to stand out. Many process are already in place and it would be hard to make major improvements without convincing managers after managers and proof after proof that what you have is better for the company. Take initiative and be very vocal. Express your views clearly and provide evidence and data is key to communication and growth.

    Lackluster
The good thingsThe low level staffs have strong team spirit but this is inadequate to curb what the staffs are facing in the consolidation.
The challengesSomeone who knows which managers are dragging the team down due to efficiency. And can take action to change the culture. The future in Singapore is only ideal for retirees who wants a stagnant, stable role and does not seeks progression/progress.

The good things-Much aware of HSE. -Strong commitment in the field of Oil & Gas to meet the world's energy challenge. -Satisfy client's expectation. -Good leadership. -Keep good communication with other engineering disciplines (eg;Instrument department, off shore department, etc;)
The challenges-Delay feedback action of HR department. -Training trainee engineer goes by the book.Less focus in the trainee's reality or level. -The main topic of engineering training should be only concerned Engineering. It should not be HR management.
