    The good thingsI was in the program team handling business accounts. Having to coordinate and liaise with external suppliers and various internal departments such as warehousing, production, fulfillment and shipping teams, it is fortunate i have a good manager and operation manager who gave me enough authority and empowerment to perform my tasks without obstruction.
    The challengesThe internal ERP system can be improved and the IT department personnel are basically being stretched to the limits.
