    The good thingsEmployers is good to employees. Even though the company having loss for the year but they still giving bonus to their staff. Employers will always bought some food for the staff also. When you having any problems such as financial or family problems, employers will always help us try to solve our problems too.
    The challengesWe can become expert in cash flow and financial management since construction company always facing cash flow problem. Most challenge is we need to prepare the work in progress schedule which is compare our budget with the actual costs or revenue. With this estimated budget we can analyze and plan for our future cash flow.
