    The challengesI find very little challenges working for this company. You might just have to work late and the weekends when there are events happening.

    No prospect very political place to work, sales person doesn't know what they sell and cannot cooperate with client and need technical staff to assist them on quote for eventr
    The good thingsToo easy... As I came from resort world I did big concerts, system and musical instruments set up.. Temesek club lack of people who really know about sound,lighting, rigging point in fact no knowledge and safety issues
    The challengesPeople who doesn't know about event but pretend that they know.. And they would not take your advice. In fact not a good place to work..

    The good thingsGreat colleagues! You don’t tend to bring work home. Very relaxed environment!.. bonuses..
    The challengesMost of your bosses are basically Retired/former Military personnel and Temasek club is basically a place for them to work after service. They will be there for good so don’t expect a promotion whatsoever. Pay is also very Low compared to places elsewhere. You also tend to do work that is not related to your jobscope.

    A good company to work with. Giving me oppotunist to learnt new things
    The good thingsEnjoyed assisting to the club members when in need. Working time is flexible. When request for leave or offday, request was granted without any delay. Benefits was not much but really enjoyed every single working days. Great experienced throughout my journey with Temasek Club.
    The challengesThere’s nothing to be say not enjoy. Every work will have their weakness. Its just matter of time and mood on the day itself that makes me not enjoy. Overall there’s nothing much i can say.

    The good thingsNice environment to work in and colleagues are nice & easygoing.
    The challenges1) Low pay and the increment isn't alot. 2) No career progression & no recognition for hardwork

    The challengesAlthough is a routine day to day work. nevertheless I was happy to work with TC till I resigned in end of 2015.
