Its not what i expected but theres room for improvementThe good thingsgood friendly colleagues, good team players
The challengesThe management seems to be biased. There are people that work really hard, no time for tea or much, but there are others that have so much free time. This makes it really unfair for those who work really hard and their efforts go unrecognised. Regarding career development, if you are young, i would advise to work elsewhere first. It's quite stagnant and slow. I would hope that the management do something about taking care of the mental health of their staff, and recognizing the efforts of those that put in so much hard work especially people working on the ground. It's easier to command a task but it takes so much to carry out the command. Hope people will be kinder and more understanding and not make decisions based on their on comfort and convenience.
