Great working environment and colleaguesThe good thingsBeen working with Tempserv for a while now and I am really fortunate to have found a "work family" that I can grow in. Being someone with no experience in recruitment, it was quite daunting at first, but my manager and colleagues helped me get a hold of what was going on.
It might be a smaller recruitment firm, but the experience is rewarding :)
The challengesWe have incentive trips and team bonding activities, but if you are comparing to those larger firms' activities (i.e. ballroom DND), you will not find that here.
