The good thingsThe trainings are good because every trainee has its individual roadmap. There were certification on each machine before actual handling. The operations of each machines has hand-outs were you can use as reference. The buddy2x system is also effective in which the mentor is focusing teaching one on one.
The challengesLine production support is as usually the busiest and focused team in a manufacturing company. Issues should be attended readily and urgency is a must. Each issue should be addressed in specific period of time.
