    The challengesManagement is very hard to convince, running on a traditional mindset. People who have worked in MNC may experience a culture shock when stepping foot into TG.

    Nice colleagues.
    The good thingsnice colleagues. Working environment is good. Office location is convenient. Company do many types of businesses. So you definitely have chance to expose to different industries
    The challengesPoor benefits. The management ventures to so many industries but at the end, all are failed. So to sustain the company, they try to cut down staff benefits. Bias, family matters from business owner, slacking staffs vs hard working staffs, etc make it not an ideal place to work or grow career....

    The challengesThe management is demanding and has high expectations, however, every project has its own challenges and it is through this challenges I get to appreciate certain ways of operations in the company.
