I enjoyed working with my boss most with Sir Sebastian Koh and his team
The good thingsThe company has helped me to grow professionally by gaining my confidence and guidance to be more professional at work. One of the things I like about the team is that they support me with every way that I require to help the team better. The company ensures that everyone has a conducive work environment by providing the transport to be boarded at the most convenient location, meal is being provide with a great option and convenience, Some of the benefits that staff get to enjoy are being part of the family, everyone treated with great respect. The strength of the company's leadership is seen in every single one in Thales, and they carry with pride on the responsibility they have and put every single one needs heard and considered for the growth for the company.
The challengesNothing cause I had a great work-life balance, as we make sure the team helps each other to make sure no discrepancy that our department unable to lead other department destruction.

Company can do better in terms of HR
    The good thingsGood medical benefits
The challengesCompany can do better in addressing employee grievances. Management need to look at the situation rather than the position of the employee when addressing employee grievances. Culture is skewed more towards relationship and not capability.

The good thingsHealthy working environment and human focused company. Every employee is listened and employee's opinions are always most welcome. Many activities are sponsored for all employees and regular activities are planned by the employees for the employees. The top management (CEO, COO, ...) is always supporting the employees.
The challengesSalary wise, the company is among the lowest ones of the market in Singapore. However, 13th month + performance bonuses are still very motivating.
