    Workplace with a Heart
    The good thingsThe firm takes personal constraints into mind when designing the job role, as well as the compensation & benefits. It give me a good platform and empowers us to make decisions about the projects and clients on hand.
    The challengesIndividuals who aren’t proactive, takes no initiatives, and expect handouts, may not see the benefits that the company’s policies have in place.

    Great team but Low growth
    The good thingsColleagues bond through sufferance which is actually a great formula for amazing team culture! Other than that, you get good pantry food too so what a bonus!
    The challengesThe weakness of the company's management team is seen in the way they manage their interpersonal communication and apathy towards employees. The career and growth opportunities here are limited... like very....very... limited....
