    Dont micromanage staff... If you hired someone smarter than you, listen and let then do the job
    The good thingsNot value old staff, only think about saving cost. Terrible welfare. Best slogan - I heard you, but no action from management Empty promises, too many captain and no soldier how to fight the war? How to deliver 1st class service when there isn't any ground staff on the floor? Member paying the membership is for management to get a big pay check and go home... sad.

    The good thingsVery family oriented. People are great to work with and easy to make lifelong friends. Once the Members start to recognise you, they treat you like family too!
    The challengesThere may be parts of management and the management of your job scope that you may not agree with. But it's manageable.
