    Good culture, low pay
    The good thingsThe people are extremely nice, there is a good company culture going on. Colleagues are friendly, and you will never be alone during lunch. There are various activities like organizing people to watch movies together or having dinner to bond everyone together.
    The challengesSignificantly lower pay than other banks regardless of any position.
