    The challengesManagement is poor. Salary is so delayed. There is no good benefits. Cannot go back on time, always working overtime with no compensation

    The good thingsYou can enjoy working a lot of overtime without getting any of claim overtime or off in lieu. A great learning experience for not getting salary on time means that you must know how to survive for not getting salary on time.
    The challengesThe challenge won't get any management support and doing your work by one man show.
