Great dynamic people-focused companyThe good thingsCompany leaders are mostly experienced, friendly and helpful professionals. The work environment is quite family-feel with positive vibes, but still performance orientated where poor performers are weeded out regularly. The directors are young and open to new ideas. The most important thing is that when they know you can perform, there is no micromanagement.
The company has many businesses and always growing, thus we have the opportunity to learn new things. I felt my limitation was more of my personal limitation.
The challengesThe work sites tend to be industrial zones and although the office is nice, its in Tuas. (Our boss says its center of Tuas, but its still Tuas).
The company accepts many challenging and innovative projects, and as project people, we gotta keep learning. It is not always the same type of work, its very dynamic.
Although many processes are digitalized, I wish they adopt even more technology to simplify our work process. They already have many digital tools, like HR leave system, accounting, procurement, but there are still many areas of improvement the company can adopt.
I wish they would upgrade their pantry (see Google pantry!)
