    Bad experience, bad workplace cultureToxic environment with toxic managers. Managers outright put you down in front of your superior. Unless you are in the good books of managers(your own or other division of Marketing department), they are unwilling to help you and will mark you if you do things wrongly. Everyone is defending their own territory which wasn't healthy in cultivating a "We can do it" culture. Definitely not a healthy workplace culture. Let alone whistleblowing when your superiors can't even handle keyboard warrior amicably.

    Great place to learn for beginners. its like an academy for Theatre and etc.

    The challengesthe challenges are, hirer may ask extra stuff that does go along with the tech rider they send you. we will always try to work around it and satify the hirer needs.
