The challengesI can't think of any.. if there is, it would be the challenging moments trying to get corporate partners to engage NKF to do outreach.

The challengesManagement not sure of their director. Majority of the matured employees are lowly skilled with outdated skills. On top of it, they have poor communication skills and can come across as rude. Very toxic environment where you won't see growth.

It is a good environment for learning and nurturing yourself
The good thingsWork life balance. The Company also provides the training opportunities. In my opinion, it is a very good environment for a junior staff who is looking for a great working experience and who are looking for opportunities to learn and grow. I believe everyone will love working with this Company. This is a great VWO.
The challengesKeep up with demands from various departments. As a staff in IT department, it can be challenging at times when you have to fulfil different requirements from different departments especially when various request come in at once and you are with the limited resource. You'll need to learn how to work smart!

The good thingsNKF provide comprehensive training for renal nurse. Those who keen to start a career as a dialysis nurse will gain knowledge and skills through training and daily practice there. A good chance to be a specialized dialysis nurse if you start from NKF Singapore.
The challengesMany additional assignments will take you lot of personal off duty time to complete; Sunday many activities will be organized to promote patients involvement of taking care of themselves which require nurses presence without time off on weekday.
