    The good thingsAble to travel to local sites to know what is happening over there.
    The challengesOnly 2 full time staffs, including a part time staff. Most importantly, in any non-profit places, Marcomms team is essential part of an organisation in order to promote the org and keep profile up to date. Fundraising and sponsorship should be well-executed and handled by Marcomms team.
