Local company, narrow minded, basic staff benefit, greedy for sales, supplier chases for money.

The good thingsAll staffs will be treated well for the first 3 months.

The challengesUse your idea as their own, no career advancement, high turnover of sales people. Stressed out daily for sales figures.
