    Good company culture
    The good thingsAll teachers are put through a detailed training programme to ensure that they are well-equipped in helping students. Seniors are extremely helpful, nurturing and friendly. There is a great career progression track if you want to work for it. I'd have to give two thumbs up to the accommodating management who are very understanding to your needs (like family matters). Overall a fun and innovative company to work. Look forward to tons of company socials! Salary is decent and competitive with industry standards. Teachers get free lunch during school holidays and weekends.

    The good thingsBeing an executive assistant is both challenging and fulfilling. I gained exposure to various functions, such as HR, IT and marketing, and this allowed me to develop a well-rounded skill set. No two days are the same, and this keeps the work interesting and engaging! The work environment is supportive, nurturing, and close-knit, and I feel valued and appreciated for my contributions. Management provides constructive feedback in a positive and supportive manner, enabling me to grow and develop both personally and professionally.

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, I have been able to apply my skills in TypeScript and MERN stack implementation to contribute to the team’s mission of engineering high-quality software solutions for the company. I enjoy working at The Pique Lab because of the supportive and collaborative work environment. My colleagues are always willing to lend a hand when needed, and are open to learning from one another. The culture at the company is innovative, empowering, and dynamic, which makes coming to work every day exciting and rewarding. A day in the life of a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer in The Pique Lab includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new features, troubleshooting and fixing bugs, and contributing to code reviews. At work, I look forward to tackling new challenges and learning from my colleagues.
