    Wonderful opprtunity
    The good thingsthey willing to teach me step by step, letting me know this is how the hotel industry looks like, get to interact with various guest, especially all of the colleagues are trying to push me to become a better person.
    The challengesmaintain to always have exceptional service to the guest, sometimes guest can be very unreasonable by complaining about certain things.
