Great experience
The good thingsYou get to meet all sorts of people on the job. Get to travel all over Singapore. Organisation is well organised.
The challengesWhen everyone put an effort into work instead of working as less as possible. Most are overworked. Management simply needs to hire more staff and get more volunteers for the festive seasons.
