    The good thingsWorking for 6 years has been invaluable experience. I truly appreciate the support, guidance, and trust the company has given me throughout this journey. It has helped me grow in all aspects. The team spirit and camaraderie were exceptional, I'm grateful for the positive impact it had on my career.
    The challengesWhile the work can be demanding due to long hours, it is also incredibly fulfilling and offers a great sense of accomplishment.

    The challengesNo OT pay, but expected to work OT, no bonus or AWS, toxic and sales obsessed culture, micro managing mangers and ignorant owners

    Great learning spot with heavy workload
    The good thingsKind colleagues who will greet one another in the morning or when met face-to-face. A very small workforce which is easy and convenient to communicate across. Tasks given were multi-faceted and exploratory, sometimes adventurous.
    The challengesLack of work-life balance. Given that everyone in the company takes care of multiple areas, there are bound to be times where working overtime is inevitable, which happened more frequently than it should. The role needs someone to be able to learn things up quickly because the workload will pile up along the way.

    The good thingsColleagues are supportive and encouraging, very positive working environment. Just go with the flow, make the days count, you will never regret. Best bosses I have ever work for :)
