The challengesI work there as junior staff. My experience not good.
Management the main problem. Always messy, no clear instruction, and sometimes suddenly change decision. Many times got shouting and scolding, very stressful to work. People scared to talk or ask question.
Salary low but work is a lot. Always busy and no work life balance. After work still too much pressure.
Culture also very fake. In front act nice, but behind different story. Upper management don’t listen to junior staff.
Overall very tired work there. they should improve their management style and respect staff more.
