    Beautiful Happy and Challenging 11 years.
    The good thingsHave a great Boss given me a lot of freedom and trust on any sale decision marking. I constantly given tough assigments. this maybe a bit overwhelming but is a very good sign that she have confident in me and it make me feel good too. Indeed i have a boss that i respected.
    The challengesFor Staff that is working hard and have proved result should be regonise. An impartful way to do this is through a commitment to support their professional advancement and personal growth. whenever a group f people work toward a common goal, confict is likely to arise at one time or another. whether confilct is due to unfair expections, irresponsibility or plain misunderstanding , good team communcation skills let everyone have a voice and feel heard. Share Praise but not blame.

    The good thingsI learn alot of the different styles of massage and the benefits. The proper steps of looking after your face. Get to try the massage or Face Spa for better explanation to customers especially when your duty as frontline.
    The challengesThe challenges that i work here is communication as in beauty line, we have thai therapist who did not verse well in english.
