    Good brands, insufficient support from office
    The good thingsEfficient onboarding from HR, great on the job training provided on sales floor team. Working hours are manageable and within expectation for retail.
    The challengesNo job security, no progression, salary delay and little or no support from office. We are expected to carry heavy stationaries and drinking water to different place.

    The good thingsI enjoyed the camaraderie among colleagues, seeing people come and go, the ups and downs of sales life is not to be compared with others job styles, there is so much to look forward from every month, from making the work pay off to suffering with colleagues who are failing to make up from terrible sales experiences to tip top customers. its all part of the sales line.

    The good thingsInteract with customers, artis, make order, dealing with price (nego) . Show how good our quality is. Great environment, great boss. Cleaniness, sales targets, Positive vibes. Handling the whole shop alone, travel to get products, deal with tailor, making new own design, give ideas. Promotions. Always up to date in fashion line. Own product own design so definitely satisfaction & we can deliver our products, know well about out products & explain to customers. Pre-order.
    The challengesThere is no Challenges. But i challenge myself to have new idea, create new idea in order to create unique design. So people will know just by looking its our product. Always listen to customers need. Give advice to customer which suits them. Giving promotion, best deal. Customer service has to be tip top! When all is from ur heart, hardwork , quality is great, customer service is good. Customers will keep coming can be a loyal customer.
