    The challengesLow pay. Low pay increment. No career progression. Management/higher ups are not interested in feedbacks and suggestions. Feeling of distachment and lack of involvement to maintain relationship with management/higher ups. Unequal workload across teams. Do not feel valued or appreciated.

    Doesn't function like MNC in office at the east side. More like a local chinese organisation with strong local mentality. The east office is not welcoming to IT professionals
    The good thingsFruity day, excellent health benefits
    The challengesAlways have to explain simple basic IT solutions as the management in east office is not IT literate and does not trust IT. Cannot move forward if an IT professional as it is stifling. The east office need hire people who can operate professionally.
