Good working environment and colleaguesThe good thingsBosses don't dwell in mistakes, the culture is they find a solution to resolve issues and then move on. No blame game is played. They are also very understanding about our family commitments and easy to talk to. The staffs are very responsible towards their work and customers so some choose to put in extra hours but generally there is no pressure to do OT. But there pressure to get things done. Truly an own time, own target culture. Highly recommended for fresh graduates who wants and is willing to learn many new things, with good support.
The challengesEach person has too many responsibilities (which could be viewed as a good thing for those who wants to learn a lot in a short time) and company doesn't seem interested to expand.
