Strong global perspective in US MNC, overshadowed by EOQ pressure and hierarchical politics.
The good thingsWorking in an MNC like TMO cab provides valuable exposure to international operations and a broader global perspective. It allows opportunities to collaborate with diverse teams across regions and gain insights into advanced life sciences industries
The challengesThis company experiences intense "EOQ" periods, where there is significant pressure to meet sales or operational targets. This often leads to expectations of OT, despite the emphasis on work-life balance. Additionally, office politics can be present, with some internal conflicts and management styles that feel more hierarchical, similar to Eastern corporate cultures.

Working in TF reviewI would say there is a good work-life balance and a great team to work with, along with a decent salary. However, the management keeps pushing for higher output even though they know there's not enough manpower. I think that's quite common, so I would rate the company as average.

    high expectations, low appreciation
The good thingsJob opportunity and knowledge is easily fed if you are willing to look for it. Promotion may be easy depending on luck but salary isn't comparable to job load.
The challengesDemand is high, changes are frequent. Very fast pace and changes in priorities lead to no focus. Messy.

Fast paced, dynamic with great exposure & learning opportunities
The good thingsThere is not a single day I do not feel challenged and satisfied with work done. Can be pressurizing with tight timelines in some scenarios, plus complexities interacting cross-functionally and cross-regionally in terms of processes, systems, guidelines. But end of the day adds a lot of invaluable experience and honing of soft skills.
The challengesPressure cooker, intensive, fast paced and dynamic. If you are not resilient you may find it challenging to succeed here. Always needing to be on your toes, on top of things to manage expectations/problems requires strong soft skills and business partnering mindset.
