Avoid joining Think One Group if you value fair treatment and proper job scopes.
The good thingsSome colleagues are generally helpful and friendly.
The challengesPoor management with a toxic and unappreciative boss (Mr Neo). No proper welfare or benefits. Employees are often expected to cover unrelated job scopes when others resign, with no timely replacement or recognition. Extremely high turnover due to lack of support and appreciation.

Low salary and many adhoc tasks to do. The boss don't think that he had issue.
The good thingsNothing good to look forward to. Maybe there is birthday cake cutting for the birthday babies every month? If that is consider as the good things.
The challengesThe managing director(Mr Neo) is not easy to handle. As there is meeting everyday for different entity, there were times when it was proposed and approved by him, however the next day on meeting the boss will just shoot down your idea and reject you in front of everybody even though he approved the other day. Management cannot be replace so its not surprise to see roles such as accounts or marketing executive on listing every other days on different job portal. The boss is very demanding but I don't think he know what he want either. No caerer growth either

    Poor management and leadership
The good thingsSome of the colleagues are helpful.
The challengesThe boss have no idea what he wants especially during meeting. One moment he agree with the ideas and comes the next meeting he flip around and start shooting down our ideas. No much welfare and they are only offering 12 annual leave per year. Because of certain boss management, the morale can be quite Low. We spend most of our time meeting and I don’t find it productive.
