    No SOP and everything is messy. For my case, no increment after working for a year try to negotiate with them, but got threaten and said you as a foreigner is not easy to get a job here so be grateful. But once I tender resignation suddenly they agree to increase my salary for $600. What a joke

    The challengesNo SOP. There's no clear hierarchy. HR is the worst. Not willing to help and very rude

    Good colleagues but super poor higher management, CEO should treat the lower staff nice instead of making money

    The challengesHigher management only want to make money, hr never hire new staff for many suffering dept. Management dont care about staffs so lose many good staffs. Will fall since they dont care about their staffs.

As this is a private hospital,the management will always tell you:”Patients are our client,doctors are our clients.” So nurses are always don’t know where to put their self. Nurses are not doing more on nursing job but other unnecessary issues.

    The challengesA hospital that provides service first. Since its a private hospital , they care more for the service than the staff . Very poorly being supported by the management and also over working staffs that's underpaid.
