    Great & Friendly Team
    The good thingsI Love the most about this company is the culture of the company, the teammates. Everyone is friendly & very supportive of one another. They really work as a team! At times company organised occasions to have fun & take a break. The team & company are also always constantly looking for solutions to improve their system.
    The challengesSometimes the demand of change from the client that cause us to do a lot of re-working & so we stay long hours. I feel that as a designer we should be exposed to meet the clients but usually the system is that we don't have to. and at times this cause misunderstanding.

    Decent projects but poor management
    The good thingsMost of the team mates helpful and nice to work with. Some interesting projects to work on.
    The challengesPoor leadership of senior management. High stress workplace where company culture is bad and pay is very low. Instead of motivating employees to perform, the main aim is just to find flaws in everyone.
