    The challengesPeople with no integrity pushing workload to others and smiling like nothing happened. Blame everything on everyone else but themselves. Not team players. Toxic environment.

    This strong inner circle forbids you to contribute and dismisses your strong intention to participate or contribute. There is no room for new joiner as your RO need to shine hard alone. Trying hard to make your presence felt is also a challenge since what you are allowed or not allowed to do all depends on that one person.

    The challengesTurnover is an on-going process. Very difficult to fill vacancies. Evevn if the vacancies are filled people leave the job in very short time.

    The good thingsThere is little office politics and colleagues are friendly, like family. Benefits and salary decent but not to best in the industry.
    The challengesTop management is bias and there is no progression. Managers are incompetent and cannot provide guidance.

    The good thingsThe Division I worked for was Elderly. Majority of the staffs were older than me , got to hear a lot their experiences and advices. Friendly colleagues.
    The challengesManagement was inconsistent. Not much progression for graduates. More suitable for those want career switch , mid wives , retired people.
