You will be worked like a dog, not worth it
The good things- Pay is slighter higher than average (only slightly**) - Colleagues are friendly - A good stepping stone for a first job
The challenges- No work life balance (mountains of paper work outside of work hours) - You make your own resources on top of your paperwork - Unreasonable expectations and unclear instructions from upper management - You take on alot of roles which is not worth the salary given - Committee work interferes with main work - Work hours are not respected (half days in contract are respected)

Fun job but no work-life balance
The good thingsDivisional Director is quite approachable and seems to care about employees, colleagues are very nice and helpful too. It's a good place to start working at if you are young and keen to learn
The challengesThe workload is too much, and there is no work-life balance at all. Company does not know how to properly delegate the employees, which is kind of wasted. Seniors have different instructions and know different things = different instructions given to those under them, which is very confusing for new employees

Great for those who are career-oriented & single
The good thingsGreat and friendly colleagues. For entry level graduates, so much of takeaways experience and challenges that you can bring back. Trainings are frequent & company encourages to upskill all the time.
The challengesWork-life balance jeopardize and paperwork is mountaineous. Will have to bring back work home to complete. Physically and mentally exhausting job with lack of sympathy. Except for its medical card benefits. Upside, if you’re single, you are definitely suitable for the roles.

    THK EIPIC Centres review
The good thingsThe employer has improved their welfare for the management and benefits for the educators. They have tried many ways to maintain the employees with career pathway training, organize company retreat every year and as well as consistently encourage team-building every quarter to connect the staff among all the other centres.
The challengesThere are some employees who would not follow the supervision and also would think that they can by-pass their direct supervisor to the head of department. Sometimes the training are insufficient for management role and usually is through trial and errors to deliver the task to the director or the head of department.
