    Overall, a nice place to work. Management is understanding and caring.
    The good thingsAn establish organization with all system in place. Have many old timers who are expertise in their work and are willing to share their experiences. Friendly and caring colleagues.
    The challengesSome of the machines are rahter 'old' and not automated, can be labour intensive. Company needs to invest in new equipment.

    The good thingsIt's clean and well-organized environment. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are well established and training is provided. People are friendly and patient. A lot of them have been working there a long time.

    Higher Management no directions, no long term business plan, only fire fighting and interested in securing their job than companies vision.
    The good thingsProduction staff are good, friendly and generally hard working.
    The challengesSales for last 5 years is going down by more than 20%. Still the top managements are retained though no improvement in sales. Hence can't expect much improvement from them as they are more interested in securing their means than companies.There should be a change in this area.
