I have a supportive boss. It is a nice place to work, offering the freedom to do your job as long as you produce results
The good thingsHas good benefits. Stay current by continually reviewing market practices, employee feedback and updating benefits accordingly. Nice working colleagues
The challengesAs an established company, there are certain 'corporate' policies that must be followed.

It's always the people that make companies exceptional.
The good thingsThe stability and good governance practices gives me confidence and peace of mind. The flexible work arrangement policies implemented some years ago has made a significant difference, enabling me to excel at work while still having personal quality time. Good sense of community and mutual respect among the colleagues.
The challengesIt's an older company with plenty of legacy systems and customs. Trying hard to keep its competitive edge.

The good thingsColleagues are wonderful. Workflows and processes are established . Employment benefits are good. Management takes effort to improve employment perks when they can.
The challengesMost are comfortable doing things the old way and lack drive or courage to try new things. Cut down on senseless paperwork

    Better than average local MNC
The good thingsAverage perks used to offer by MNCs are available here. Expected have average stress level but not very stressful as in some MNCs. Most of the people here are nice, friendly and helpful.
The challengesThis company has old school of management and a lot of missing SOPs. Coordination between different business entity is minimal. The management lacks 21st century visions. The earlier business decisions can be reverted back after spending substantial work had done.
