The good thingsi was sent for courses on how to be a better person in workplace and in my life.. They even taught me on how to overcome stress in daily life. And they also taught me on different kind of computer software that i was not aware of..
The challengesfor a beginning is was very hard to cope with the job scope.. the challenges i'm facing is mostly on manpower and daily shipment. u need to know a lot of things by hard. And some more u need to cope with the tight deadlines of every customer requirement. At that point of time i almost give up but after a few months working there is getting more enjoyable to work in that environment..
