    Good payout but demoralizing
    The good thingsThe office layout concept is satisfying and luxurious.
    The challengesManagement does not always walk to the talk, passive in problem solving. No clear goal and achievement for employees lead to demoralizing at work. No transparency in department and roles job scopes.
