    The good thingsFull timer was very helpful and also have a good teamwork with part timers as well .
    The challengesDuring Sales period there will be crowd coming in and out of the store with less staff working on that period is quite challenging.

    The good thingsColleagues were independent, able to resolve most challenges within their job scopes without relying too much on managers to step in. Everyone was deeply motivated in their work and enjoy doing it. Also dare to voice different opinions to the table for discussions.
    The challengesPoor planning with the upper management team, usually resulted in very last minute fire-fighting, average on weekly basis with high frequency. Work-life balance absence as text messages or updates, even meetings, can happen anytime, from 8am to 11pm.
