A company that practices work–life balance through management efforts.
The good thingsNice and supportive colleagues, and management practices have improved significantly compared to the past. Management is now placing greater emphasis on work–life balance.
The challengesThe salary and benefits package may require further enhancement to remain competitive in today’s labor market.

Bad leadership, make thing complicated even for a small matter, like to micromanage, easy to get mad
The good thingsHave all good colleagues, all willing to help and assist if facing any issues with jobs related.
The challenges1) First day registration, boss will tell not going to micromanage people. But the statement already provided the hint that he will "micromanage" for your entire life in this department. 2) Easy things can turn into complicated. Make your life not easy especially when you want to do something that not according and meet to the boss opinion. (Email content also want to control you how to write) 3) Always get challenging and easy to get mad when during communication between you and your boss. Like to shout in front of every colleagues without proper communication. 4) Basic training provided and suspect you can understand the whole theory and all the entire process. 5) The boss will always shout your name to sit in front of him. Want you to share screen and to do work in front of him without personal time and freedom to search for new idea solution through any network. 6) Old and outdated technology for the whole entire process in the production. Manual to do work without any automation.

Worse nightmare job in Singapore so far.
The good thingsFor fresh grad, it's good as training platform as this company will load till you don't have time to think and just keep learning and working.
The challenges1. Management favoritism not only to individual but also department. 2. Despite how much you work on improvement of the process, they will keep loading you with new things. 3. Brainwash you with pay below 3k but you are considered as medium paid employee compared with outside. 4. Scolding you loud in front of others from different department is their management usual practice, so lead also follow the same method.

Good for fresh grad but bad for experienced worker
The good thingsTight schedule and multiple person of workload for single person. This is good for fresh graduates to train themselves to work under high pressure and learn to have great working efficiency (such as multi tasking).
The challengesSometimes may overload that a single individual can afford which required long hours of overtime to finish on hand tasks.

    Below average work.
The good thingsFlexible timing, good medical and benefits.
The challengesOutdated HR management, 45 mins lunch in an isolated location with little meal options, plenty of work outside your job scope. Slow advancement, mundane. Low salary for the amount of work given.
